About Us

In July of 1991 members of the recovery community were faced with an increased need for 12 step meetings within the city of Oswego.  In order to meet the growing demands Port City Serenity Hall was incorporated to ensure a consistent and dedicated location for 12 Step meetings to be held.  Since its inception PSCH has been a cornerstone for the recovery community, with thousands of people coming through the doors.  Through the attendance of the 12 step meetings held at PSCH hundreds of Oswego community members have been able to recover from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
